What type of raw materials do you use?           
We process and manufacture turned products from a full range of carbon and specialty steel. We also  turn aluminum, brass and cast materials.     

Do you have production quantity limits?           
No, while we definitely prefer and excel at high volume production quantities, we also perform single digit runs and engineering prototyping.     

Do you have a parts inventory stocking program?           
Yes, we typically stock readily available and frequently ordered products for you, as per agreement and end-user consumption.     

What is your typical lead-time?     
We do not have a typical lead-time. Instead we treat every customer with the same urgency and care we want to be treated with. We manage our master-scheduling program to minimize delay and maximize availability. Generally, lead-time is controlled by the availability of raw material, if it is not already in stock, and quantity of order.     

Do you have an approved quality system?     
Absolutely!
